We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Baker preferred but not required
- Passion for baking and knowledge of different baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
