As a Senior Architect in Balzers, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that the design meets the client's needs and complies with all relevant regulations and codes. Your role will also involve mentoring and supervising junior architects and overseeing their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Mentor and supervise junior architects in their work
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building materials
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
