Floral Designer


Our upscale floral boutique in Dubai is seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a leading florist in the city, we are looking for someone with a passion for creating beautiful arrangements and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in floral design, but we are also open to training candidates with a natural talent and artistic flair. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-end clients and be a part of a dynamic team. Salary starts at $1200, with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:
- Must have excellent knowledge of flowers, greenery, and floral design techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for color, balance, and composition
- Ability to take direction from clients and interpret their vision into unique arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in floral design preferred but not required
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and special occasions
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and execute it flawlessly
- Keep up-to-date on current trends in the floral industry and bring new ideas to the table
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and equipment needed for daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and orders
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Participate in special projects as needed
