Waiter/Waitress - Greenland Contract Position



We are seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team in Greenland on a contract basis. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service. You will also be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferably fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
- Provide recommendations from the menu if requested
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Accept payments and process them accurately using POS system or manual methods if needed
