IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology systems and infrastructure of our company. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure that all technological operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Manage budgets for IT expenses and make strategic decisions to optimize resources
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely resolution
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or patches to ensure optimal functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure

Location: Copenhagen (open to all nationalities)

Salary: $1000/month
