Mason Foreman



We are a construction company based in Kolding and we are seeking a talented and experienced Mason Foreman to join our team. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects and leading a team of masons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule tasks, materials, and equipment needed for each project.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
- Prepare, measure, mark, cut, shape, and lay bricks or other masonry units according to plans.
- Install fireplaces, chimneys, arches, walls, floors, patios, garden walls or walkways using various types of tools.
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas and monitor temperatures for proper curing.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Train new employees on proper techniques for masonry work.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Foreman or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying, stone setting, stucco installation, and concrete finishing.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Kolding (accommodation provided)
