Welder (Isa Town, Bahrain)



We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and industry standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing any impurities or contaminants
- Monitor the welding process to ensure it meets quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect completed welds for defects and perform any necessary repairs
- Maintain safe working practices by following all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in a professional setting
- Familiarity with various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Valid work visa for Bahrain (sponsorship available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certification preferred)
