We are hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in Multan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
