Entry Level Merchandiser - Esbjerg, Denmark


We are hiring an Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are presented and displayed in an appealing and organized manner. This is a contract job with a starting salary of 1000$. We welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up product displays to attract customer attention and promote sales
- Stock shelves and rotate products according to expiration dates
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and implement promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store or designated area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in merchandising or marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physically fit to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is an asset but not necessary
- Familiarity with basic merchandising principles such as product placement, visual appeal, etc.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Esbjerg is a plus
