Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Manama, Bahrain



We are seeking experienced and passionate Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a fine dining restaurant located in the bustling city of Manama. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set up with necessary utensils, condiments, etc.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly respond to any issues or requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented approach with great attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with tips from satisfied customers.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in the heart of Manama, surrounded by popular attractions such as shopping malls, cultural sites, and entertainment venues.

Contract:
This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Visa Sponsorship:
We welcome candidates who already have their own visa for Bahrain. However, we are also open to sponsoring visas for qualified candidates.
