Instrument Technician

We are in need of an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Aalborg. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators
- Perform regular maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning and accuracy
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's specifications
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals to diagnose and resolve instrument issues
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and solve complex instrument problems
- Keep accurate records of work performed including repairs, maintenance, and calibration tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with instruments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in instrumentation is preferred
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles and circuitry as it relates to instrumentation
- Familiarity with various measurement units and conversions
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of instrument malfunctions
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing clear instructions
