Plasterboard Worker


We are hiring a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Kolding. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings, as well as preparing surfaces and applying finishing touches. This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in plasterboarding is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard and their uses
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the trade
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard panels to fit designated areas using hand or power tools
- Install plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings, ensuring they are level, plumb, and secure
- Apply joint compound or putty to seams between panels for a smooth finish
- Sand surfaces and apply texture or decorative finishes according to specifications
- Repair or replace damaged sections of plasterboard as needed
- Clean work area and dispose of waste materials properly
- Communicate with contractors or clients regarding any issues or changes in the project timeline
