Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking experienced and courteous waiters/waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bansko. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before each seating
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and responding to requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
