We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard to fit specific areas, mixing and applying plaster materials, smoothing and leveling surfaces with tools such as trowels and sanders, and ensuring that the finished product meets quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Plasterer. You must also be able to communicate effectively in English as we often work with international clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Mix and apply plaster materials using tools such as trowels
- Smooth and level surfaces using sanders or other tools
- Ensure that the finished product meets quality standards
- Repair any damaged or uneven surfaces before applying plaster
- Read blueprints or design plans to determine layout and specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Plasterer
- Excellent understanding of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials if necessary
