We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications according to business requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality is maintained
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Angular, React) is a plus
- Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and database design principles
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
