Finisher for Urgent Project in Akron, Ohio


We are currently seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team for an urgent project in Akron, Ohio. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the final touches on various surfaces and materials are completed to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and cleaning as needed
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling
- Ensure that finishes are applied evenly and smoothly without any imperfections
- Use tools and equipment such as sanders, sprayers, and brushes safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the project manager in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in finishing is preferred
- Previous experience in finishing work is required; experience with different types of finishes is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Own transportation is preferred due to the urgency of the project

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
