Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing efficient computer systems and processes to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements for new or existing systems
- Design, develop and implement effective computer solutions
- Evaluate current systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with developers, programmers, and other IT professionals to ensure system compatibility and effectiveness
- Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure quality and functionality of systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
