Moderator for Online Community (Aalborg, Denmark)


We are in search of a dynamic and engaging Moderator to join our online community in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the content of our online platform, ensuring that it remains a safe and positive space for all users. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on the online platform.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive environment.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Foster meaningful discussions within the community.
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the community.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for growing and improving the online community.

Requirements:
- Experience moderating an online forum or community preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Denmark.
