We are currently hiring for the position of Moderator in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating online discussions and ensuring that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and social media platforms for any inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against violators
- Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation from members
- Respond to member inquiries and provide support when needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and safe online community
- Keep track of trends and topics within the community to ensure relevant discussions are taking place

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they escalate
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
