Senior Barber



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Kolding. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. You will also be expected to mentor and train junior barbers, ensuring that they uphold our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Offer advice on haircare and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Keep up with current trends and techniques in the industry
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
- Mentor and train junior barbers, providing guidance and feedback on their skills
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain client records
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Promote our services through exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Barber
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with leadership abilities
- Willingness to adapt to changing trends in the industry
