Industrial Painter

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other coatings to various industrial surfaces. This may include metal, wood, or concrete surfaces. You will be expected to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions and safety protocols. Your work will contribute to the overall appearance and protection of these industrial surfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paint and other coatings according to specifications
- Apply paint using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and others while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Monitor drying times and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or instructions
- Familiarity with safety protocols for working with paints and coatings
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Flexibility in working hours as some projects may require overtime or weekend work

Location: Malindi (or nearby cities)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This job is open to both locals and foreigners with valid biometric passports. English speaking skills are preferred but not required. This is a contract job with potential for extension based on performance.
