We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Shan, Canada. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-Canadians.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain network architecture including switches, routers, firewalls and other networking equipment
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install, configure and maintain servers and workstations
- Perform regular backups of data and ensure its integrity
- Manage user accounts, permissions and security settings
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software and network issues
- Research new technologies to improve network efficiency and security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment is preferred
- Proficient in server management (Windows/Linux)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
