Database Administrator


We are in need of a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Kolding. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing backup and recovery plans
- Create users and assign permissions for database access
- Install and upgrade database software as needed
- Collaborate with developers to optimize database performance for applications
- Provide technical support for database-related issues

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with data backup and recovery strategies
- Familiarity with SQL language and programming concepts
- Understanding of data integrity and security principles
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to databases
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience with cloud-based databases
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Experience with database migration
