Our busy café in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure consistency in quality and presentation of drinks
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and allergens
- Upsell additional items to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Follow health code guidelines for food safety

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of different brewing methods for coffee preparation is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have valid work visa for Dubai
