Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Mecca. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. Additionally, you will be expected to manage the project team and provide leadership and guidance throughout the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Filipino language skills are a plus)
- Valid visa and ability to work legally in Mecca

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage resources such as materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient use
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Communicate regularly with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
to ensure project progress is on track
and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Monitor progress against timelines and budgets
and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met
and safety protocols are followed
- Provide regular updates on project status
to clients and other stakeholders
through written reports or presentations
- Manage the project team
by assigning tasks,
providing guidance,
and conducting performance evaluations.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.
