IT Manager



As an IT Manager in our dynamic and growing company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and maintenance of our information technology systems. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to employees.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team and effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate protocols and procedures
- Troubleshoot any network or system issues that arise
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and protocols
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements or updates to our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions as needed
