IT Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficient operation of our company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Manage the budget for all IT expenses, including hardware, software, and external service providers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our company's systems
- Train employees on new or updated technology systems to ensure proper usage and functionality
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that support their goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, cloud computing, database management, and other relevant technologies
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
