We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, teaching students of various levels and ages, and promoting a positive learning environment. This full-time position offers a salary of $1300 per month and requires a biometric passport. Accommodation is not provided, so this position is suitable for local candidates or those willing to relocate to Utena. Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach students of all ages and levels in a classroom setting
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student

- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
