We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English speaking moderator to join our team in Los Angeles. As a moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our online platform by monitoring discussions, removing inappropriate content, and ensuring a positive user experience. This is an urgent role and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions on our online platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Remove any inappropriate or offensive content in a timely manner
- Engage with users to address any concerns or issues they may have
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and topics in order to facilitate engaging discussions and interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the platform's user experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or anyone looking to gain experience in community management. Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-US citizens. Please note that accommodation is not included.
