Instrument Technician


We are currently hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of instruments and devices used in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical manuals and blueprints, as well as experience working with various measurement and testing equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and other process control devices
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments
- Perform preventive maintenance on all instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and update equipment inventory
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve issues with instruments or systems
- Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies related to instrument calibration and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of technical manuals and blueprints
- Experience using measurement and testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.
