We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Salary: 1300$ per month

City: Porto, Portugal

Employment Type: Full-time with accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained properly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to the project’s scope

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role within a similar industry or field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
