Loader Supervisor

We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Albena, managing a team of loaders to ensure efficient and safe loading of goods onto trucks. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the loading process, training new loaders, and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading process of goods onto trucks
- Train and mentor new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or issues to management
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or as a loader preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
