CAD Draftsman

A reputable architecture firm in Split is seeking a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role and be proficient in using AutoCAD software. The primary responsibility of this position is to create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided for foreign candidates if needed. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction plans
- Make adjustments and modifications to drawings as needed
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and building codes
- Communicate closely with project managers to meet project deadlines
- Attend site visits when necessary to gather information for drawing creation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a CAD Draftsman or similar role
- Proficient in using AutoCAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
