Junior Barista

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Barista to join our team in Randers. As a Junior Barista, you will showcase your love for coffee and customer service by creating delicious and visually appealing drinks for our customers. No experience is required for this full-time position, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. However, if you have previous experience in the hospitality industry, it would be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies and keep track of inventory levels

Requirements:
- Must have a valid visa for working in Randers
- Passion for coffee with the willingness to learn and improve skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Danish is considered an asset)
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as per schedule
