Inventory Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accurate and efficient stock levels, and implementing inventory strategies to optimize warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in inventory management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and potential issues.
- Analyze data to determine demand trends, forecast future needs, and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in inventory control processes.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling of inventory and efficient storage techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transactions, and adjustments.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory items and develop a plan for liquidation or disposal.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Prepare reports on inventory performance, variances, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP) and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Riyadh

Preference given to Indian or Malayalee candidates.
