Land Surveyor


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on land features and boundaries, using specialized equipment to measure and map the Earth's surface. You will be expected to work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate measurements and surveys for various projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Familiarity with surveying software and equipment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys on land sites using specialized tools such as GPS devices, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyzing survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, contours, and other features of the land
- Preparing reports, maps, and drawings based on survey results
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements for project planning
- Maintaining accurate records of surveys and documents related to land features
- Adhering to safety protocols while working on site
- Communicating effectively with clients or stakeholders regarding survey results

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position without accommodation. This job is open to all nationalities but requires candidates who have their own visa.
