Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, prepare reports and maps, and provide accurate data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to determine boundary lines and prepare accurate reports and maps
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for project planning and development
- Follow local laws and regulations regarding land surveying practices
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data collected
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ monthly salary depending on experience
