Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced and qualified Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Shan, Egypt. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Review and approve design concepts, plans, drawings, and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project contracts, bids, and negotiations with contractors and suppliers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect or project manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
