Courier Supervisor

We are hiring a Courier Supervisor to join our team in Eschen. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of packages and documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing a team of couriers, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in courier services, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month, with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the courier department including scheduling deliveries, assigning routes, and managing inventory
- Train and supervise couriers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with customers to resolve any delivery issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in courier services
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in supervising a team is preferred
- Valid driver's license is required
