Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Ajman. Your main goal will be to attract new customers and retain existing ones by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and promote the hotel's services and amenities. Additionally, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in meeting targets. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in building relationships with clients and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, etc.
- Promote the hotel's services and amenities through various mediums
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Train, guide, and support the sales team in meeting targets
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
