We are a leading international company in the manufacturing industry, based in Kolding, Denmark. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales operations and driving business growth. Your main goal will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide solutions
- Prepare sales reports and analysis to identify trends and track performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure smooth operations
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads, sales, and customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month. In addition, there is potential for performance-based bonuses.

Contract job:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience:
While experience in a similar role is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without prior experience if they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
