Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities in our company. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients. Your main goal is to increase company revenue by driving sales and meeting or exceeding targets. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful sales. Previous experience in sales management is preferred. This position is based in Kolding and offers a salary of $900 per month, with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Set and achieve challenging sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team to identify areas for improvement
- Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and effective selling techniques
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record of successful sales in a similar role
- Previous experience in sales management preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (additional languages may be an asset)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to travel as needed
