Hotel Sales Manager in Vejle, Denmark
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Vejle, Denmark. Your main goal will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase bookings and occupancy. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and monitoring market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with current clients to secure repeat business
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the sales team, providing training and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Analyze sales reports and data to identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Experience in managing a team is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel
