Baker

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. You will use your creativity and expertise in following recipes and using various baking techniques to produce high-quality products. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers receive fresh and tasty treats every day.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal results
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Order supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to plan menus and special orders
- Keep track of inventory levels to avoid shortages or waste

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, including mixing, kneading, proofing, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is an asset
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or other ingredients
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Dubai (Filipino candidates preferred)
