Baker - Dubai


We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have a strong understanding of different baking techniques and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes accurately. This is a contract position without accommodation, so candidates must already have a valid biometric passport and be able to work legally in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Roll, cut, shape, and decorate doughs for baking
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Bake breads, pastries, and other goods in a timely manner
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all products
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area after each shift
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Able to work legally in Dubai without accommodation
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
