Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success
- Valid work permit in Bahrain (sponsorship available for the right candidate)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
