IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company in Shan. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems and processes. You will also be responsible for budgeting, vendor management, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technology strategies to meet business objectives
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of all technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide coaching and guidance as needed
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Prepare and manage the IT budget to ensure cost-efficiency
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Excellent knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices for data protection
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech individuals
