Junior Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems operate effectively. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Set up new user accounts and permissions
- Perform system maintenance and updates
- Conduct regular system backups
- Assist with network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Document all support activities and solutions

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends
