We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Albena, a beautiful city on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. As a top-rated resort destination, we are looking for a talented and creative chef who specializes in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-cultural dining experiences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have prior experience working abroad or in multicultural environments
- Are familiar with Bulgarian or Eastern European cuisine
- Have experience managing budgets and food costs
