Junior Project Manager
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include creating project plans, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will also assist in managing project budgets and resources. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for project management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior project managers to create detailed project plans
- Track project progress and identify potential issues
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and team members
- Assist in managing project budgets and resources
- Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Prior experience in a project management role is preferred but not required
